Terms and
Conditions:
1- An application for
space is fully deemed here as conclusive
evidence of the applicant's agreement to
pay the dues and charges, and once
participation has been confirmed the two
parties (organizers and participant)
would be considered to have entered into
binding contractual agreement .
2- Full amount has to
be transferred to our bank account
within two weeks from receiving the
conformation from us, please send us a
copy from the money transfer receipt by
fax to African Tigers Expo on :( +218 21
333 8926 ).
Exhibitors must bear
the bank transfer charge so that the
full amount will be paid into our
account .
3- Exhibitors can not
claim any rights to any services and
facilities without having duly paid the
fully amount.
4- After participation
has been confirmed, withdrawal from the
exhibition for what ever reason would
entail 50% cancellation, of the stand
rental, up to one month before the
exhibition and 100% thereafter.
5- Organizers reserve
the absolute right to refuse
participation to any applicant with out
having to assign any reasons. In such
cases the total deposit money sent would
be refunded.
6- The organizer will
make every endeavor to accommodate
exhibitors on stand space reserved or
booked by them, but will reserve the
right to change or reallocate areas in
the interest of the exhibition as a
whole and no guarantee can therefore be
given.
7- Exhibitors under
space covered contract would be provided
with floor plan four weeks to the
opening date.
8- Stand interiors
are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Organizers reserve the right to suggest
any modifications and have them
affected.
9- All services not
stated on the application form and if
required by the exhibitors will be
charged independently by appointed
contractors of the organizers.
10- Exhibitors should
occupy their stands and ready 3 hours
before the time of the official opening
of the exhibition.
11- Exhibitors shall
bear the responsibility and expenses for
the transport of exhibits to the
exhibition venue.
12- Exhibitors shall
make their own arrangement for storage
and warehousing of their exhibits.
13- The organizers
undertake all responsibilities for what
they have announced for this exhibition.
